Non SAAS Auto list until....

Does anyone know of an app that meets the following:

Intranet or Windows desktop app
Not Software as a service, no monthly, no % of sale
continually lists item(s) until sold or stopped
bulk loading

I think that's the basics of what we're looking for.

There are few eBay tools with no recurring fees, not least because eBay is constantly changing so software must be constantly modified to fit.

The only desktop tool with no recurring fees is AuctionSplash, in fact it has no initial fee either as it is free.

Popular desktop tools with low recurring fees are AuctionSage, eBay Blackthorne and Auction Wizard 2000.
