Automate Listing start times «

G'day everyone,
I currently list about 1000 items a month using turbolister. Listings the item and deciding what to list and when, is the biggest hassle about my ebay business.
Of course i could get around this by using ebay's schedule listing service, but im not up for paying the 20c for every item.
Is there a program that can automatically list items according to the time that i set? Im sure there are but most seem to be the full package, when all i need is the automatic listing function.
