Need Advice. Automated list or relist base on inventory «

I am looking for a ebay listing software (desktop or webbase) that can automatic list or relist item base on inventory number, more specific is like channeladvisor, ability to a "Maintain Open" Schedule, means it will ensure at least 1 listing is always live base one inventory value. I have tried so many but couldn't find any similar. Other requirement are it should allow custom template and schedule listing. channeladvisor is good, but I only need the listing function, I have 3 ebay accounts(in US), and paying about $500 each month to channeladvisor service, really need a cheaper alternative.
