Need bulk upload and bulk edit software «

Hello,
I am in need of a product that can bulk upload listings easily from a spreadsheet file that I receive daily. Also will need to bulk edit prices and qtys on a regular basis. I will need to easily download sales to a required format for my shipper to import. I don't need a lot of other functions than that right now. I looked at File Exchange but need something easier to use.
Can anyone suggest a product? Thanks.
