I don't know of a service that will do that for you, I think you would have to build it yourself and then you would have to keep it working and up to date yourself too.
Why do you want to have your own eBay fee calculator?

I'm building a website affiliates a number of eBay books ebooks and newsletters- I thought a calculator would create a more interesting centerpiece for the readers. You are right I think I will just need to build it myself. Thanks for your reply

I thought about this mysel;f and there are some sites out there that do it free of charge. I also just bought a CD with an excel file that does this quite well off of ebay.co.uk - ebay UK fees.

There is an eBay fee calculator I found at www.efeecalc.com It is a free tool and the developers are very helpful. You can try contacting them and ask - which might save you a lot of time developing a new eBay fee calculator. They have also developed an eBay Auction vs Store fee calculator. Hope this helps.
