Online vehicle sales software provider Dealer.com has overhauled their software.

Included is a new central dashboard called ControlCenter, an analytics suite and monitoring dashboards, enhanced SmartSites and CarFlix videos, and a SocialRelationship Manager - a set of tools to help dealers manage their social marketing including Facebook Apps.

The package also includes service marketing tools such as a personalized "online garage" for each customer, with emails sent for scheduled maintenance, vehicle recalls, incentive offers, and a monthly newsletter.
