Auction management company Vendio has purchased the remaining assets of Andale following their acquisition of a majority interest earlier this year. Vendio have advised their customers that they "should expect no changes or disruption to the services... and there are no foreseeable changes in the near future as we enter the holiday shopping season."

Vendio now has over 75,000 active customers selling in excess of $1 billion in annual gross merchandise value through its platform. Vendio plans to use its increased development capacity to expand product scope and address additional market opportunities.
