At first I LOVED it - Now it is JUNK, 29 April 2010

Auction Auto Bidder worked GREAT when I first bought it. Then they forced an update on me, and it quit working. I lost 2 items I REALLY WANTED! I tried uninstalling the App, and reinstalling the original version without taking any updates. I sat and watched as it did it's countdown thing, then just failed to bid on a THIRD item I desperately wanted. Needless to say, I feel my $15 purchase price was totally wasted. Oh, well.....

I have just read a comment that said this is the best sniper program, if that's so I would hate to try the worst cos this program stinks, every so called update (you have to accept them) seems to take it further from working properly. Mine is now completely unusable and as for support - forget it, they just don't bother to answer. So AAB I hope you read this cos you don't read your support requests do you.
A complete waste of 14.99

I have used aab for several years now and it was a great program in the beginning. i really enjoyed it, but for the last year now its a total toss up. it might bid or you might get an error. ive sent several e-mails to support but there has never been a fix for the problems ive been experencing. ive missed alot of nice items with aab knowing that i should have stayed an watched the auction myself but thats what the aab program was suppose to do for me. so ive uninstalled it. i havent found any better than aab just wish they would fix the issues

tnwaxman is spot on in his description and likewise I lost a lot of bids due to it's unreliable processes.
I'm chasing rare motor scooter parts that may never come up again. I just couldn't relax using AAB and having it decide at whim whether it would bid or not.
The Sniper add-on by myibay for Firefox is pretty good and costs nothing.

For a single user the program works well. In some cases the program malfunctions and does not place the bids when it was suppose to. The program lacks a logging feature so the user can figure out what went wrong and why. The creator of the program promises, “(purchase price allows up to 4 users in the same household)”. I bought the program over a year ago and since I have been requesting instructions on how to use the program with a 2nd eBay user account but with no response. When I attempt to switch to a 2nd user the program prompts me to buy it again. Support will not answer any of my requests.

I've tried them all and this is just the best one there is. If you have any problems just email the creator so he can fix them. Provide him with useful information and screen shots even so he can analyze it. Again all my problems were solved within a respectable time frame.
