Some cool features, friendly, good relist support, 20 November 2007

Smooth interface, seems to be time-tested and has latest eBay stuff. Customer service was friendly and articulate even though I drilled them on features -)

- Nice selection of templates and outgoing email templates
- support eBay Motors

I also like the feature to alert me to neg-happy bidders so I can block the bidders and avoid bad feedback. I can strongly suggest this service, it suits me I sell about 2000 items per month. Well, I sell maybe half the items I list so that is why relist support is very important to me.

Convenient and dependable, 4 September 2007

At first I used MrLister for my ads and used online sites for photos. The other services I used were constantly "out of service" for one reason or another. Nothing hurts an auction like not having your pictures show up.

I have used Auction Hawk for my pictures for years. Any difficulties have been promptly corrected with or without my request. Last year I switched all my Ebay Store and Auction work to AuctionHawk and have been very pleased with the service. Any questions are promptly answered, even my dumb ones.

This site does not have all the bells and whistles I don't need anyway and so have kept there prices very reasonable. I love the flat rates. I hate surprises on my budget.

Auction Hawk is the best, 23 June 2007

The review below is silly, on Auction Hawk the customer service tickets are all public and they are all very polite. This user used profanity and when they explain they owe $12.99 balance from previous account the customer wrote terrible comments, I would have cancelled them too

I trieda lot and this one was the best. I tried SpoonFeeder, Andale, Vendio, Infopia, and ChannelAdvisor. The others very very expensive and had lots of features but the support just okay. Auction Hawk was $12.99 and support was actually better. They were patient with me

BEWARE!!! Management is neither professional nor honest..., 2 June 2007

I've been a small-scale eBay user for nearly ten years now, and I've used a number of software packages. This one is the only one I've tried where I can say the management is not to be trusted. I moved while with them and changed banks. I updated my information with them, but they processed the old information, which was refused. I contacted them, received a very unprofessional response, but they did charge the new account. They then double-charged me two more times to 'clear up the missed month'. They refused to accept proof that I had been charged for every month, and in the end, I received obscene, abusive email from them. These people are not to be trusted.

I have been using Auction Hawk for a long time - love it!, 4 April 2007

I have been using Auction Hawk for my eBay auctions for 4 or 5 years. I have found their tech support to be responsive and very helpful. They do not give up. They listen to you and don't treat you like a dummy or put you though the "101" process before they admit there is a problem.

The best part about Auction Hawk is even though things don't always work 100% all the time, I have never been unable to list because of it. That is the most important thing to me. Whatever has been a problem has not been major enough to stop the listing process. Very important to me. Once problems are resolved, they stay resolved.

Remember, if you don't make any mistakes, you're probably not doing anything.
