I have tried and registered several programs to manage my eBay account. Auction x2, is one of the best ebay auction managers and the technical support can't be beat. Many of the big companies should learn from Auction x2's support staff. Auction X2 will import your eBay items and let you create different reports to help you track and improve your sales. In addition the program has an email tool and a spell check to make selling easy. Auction x2 has the ability to export you data to a comma delimited file and features a comprehensive help file.

I recommend downloading and registering Auction x2. It will save you time and make your ebay selling easier. Have no fear if you have a question about the program their support staff is quick to respond.

The developers are continuing to improve the program. Also, they are open to suggestions and ideas. So, if you can think of a way to improve Auction x2 let them know, you might be surprised at their quick turn around.

I think I am still amazed at their support. Even though I had not yet registered the program they were very response, especially considering the time difference. It almost makes you wonder if they get any sleep. Again I recommend Auction x2, and am certain after you try the program you will recommend it too. Ronnie...

We have been looking for a sales management program for Ebay for sometime that is easy to use, and delivers results. This program has improved so much since we started with trial version.
Recommended to any serious Ebay trader. Technical support is first class.

I love this program, and it has a SUPER support staff!, 26 November 2007

I've been using Auction X2 for almost a month now. The program itself saves me LOTS of time by importing my sold items, eBay fees, shipping charges, and customer email addresses importing my running items and watched items tracking overhead for my business providing marketing capabilities with a minimum of fuss and providing various reports and graphs that help me to decide on a viable business strategy to increase sales and optimize resources. It calculates my PayPal fees for me too. There is also a Price Tracker module that lets me track items similar to those I sell, so I can see where I land on the average prices paid by ebay buyers. Although I've only used Price Tracker a couple of times, it has already proven itself useful. I seem to find new features every time I use the program, and the User Guide is comprehensive and easily understood.

Auction X2 comes at a one-time cost, and there are no additional fees for the ongoing import function. I can update my running auctions whenever I want, to keep track of my selling activity. I'm getting ready to cancel another service I've been using to do these imports, which costs me $20 per month - yay! The cost for Auction X2 is very reasonable for the amount of time it saves me. The developers actively seek suggestions from users, and they quickly move to add suggested features. Best of all, any problems/bugs that are reported are fixed within a matter of, literally, hours! With a staff like this standing behind the program, you just can't go wrong! I'm really impressed! I highly recommend this program!

I first tried this program 2 weeks ago and had a few problems with it. I email the publisher and they responded within hours, a fix and update. We have sent many emails back and forth, always with quick response. I am a Canadian Ebayer and at this time there is a problem, it loads some things in Canadian $ and some thing in US $. They are working on that problem! I have sent them some of suggestions and they are looking at them seriously to improve their product. There are many new updates so ensure when downloading this program you have the lastest! If you try this program and find suggestion or problems, email Matt, he will be very helpful.
