The Company Says

BayLister is an eBay certified application designed for speed and reliability.

BayLister provides a means to create, modify, view, verify and track all your listings quickly and easily, and then post them to the eBay site you want.

BayLister allows you to schedule your listings for when you want and includes a means to stagger listings by fixed increments.

Additionally, you can import your eBay and PayPal account invoices and reports into BayLister to track financial information on each item and show summary totals on costs and profitability.

The ability to make modifications to current auctions within BayLister (within the limits imposed by eBay, i.e. no bids yet) and then upload the modifications to eBay, in bulk, is well worth the time & effort in migrating to BayLister.
