Services include inventory management (eBay / website), bulk relisting, listing
Benda AE is interested in inventory management and listing between your website and your eBay auctions and general auction enhancement . Auctions Plans 1 and 2 have services both for your bidders and for you, and will help you sell more at higher prices. Auction plan 2 includes services to allow you to list MUCH faster than normal, list directly to your website and eBay at the same time, and synchronize your eBay listings with your website inventory.
Website / eBay Integration (Auction Plan 2) Create an eBay auction and website database entry/item at the same time. Allows for MUCH easier editing of auction templates: never wade through HTML again! Listing to your website and eBay at the same time is supported. Also provide services for reconciliing your eBay inventory and website inventory in real-time. For example, items that end on eBay will have their quantities updated on your website and canceled if necessary, and vice versa.
Auction Enhancement is also a valuable service. This is a critical part of auctions that is often overlooked. You must differentiate yourself from the competition, and our services allow you to do so:
Order Tracking Service (Auction Plan 1 & 2) This Benda AE service gives your buyers instant shipping status. Orders are automatically inserted into the shipping database from PayPal orders. Integrated with UPS/USPS order tracking. For Auction Plan 2 customers, your buyers will return to your website to check on their orders, giving them another reason to browse and purchase your products. For auction plan 1 buyers, customers will email you less simply to inquire about the status of their items.
Text Messaging Alert Service (Auction Plan 1 & 2) Free for bidders, this service lets them sign up to receive an email and/or text message to their cell phone/pda 30 minutes, 3 hours, 6 hours, or 10 hours before an auction ends, reminding them to bid on your auctions. Directly increases bids and profits for the seller.
