Inventory and stock control system specifically designed for eCommerce retailers, distributing a single inventory/stock count to multiple channels including Amazon, eBay, Play.com and up to ten eCommerce websites.
The system supports full management of all channels, auto re-pricing, auto-relist, SCO creation etc with all orders returning to a central sales order processing area that is integrated to most major couriers (Royal Mail, ParcelForce, USPS, FedEx, UPS, ANC, DHL, Business Post, TNT, Amtrak, City Link, Home Delivery Network, Australia Post, Canada Post etc) allowing ‘one button push’ batch processing and document creation.
Completed transactions are posted to SAGE or Quickbooks to finalize end to end processing without the need to rekey. |

    fantastic system, so close to becoming a major player, 1 February 2012

where do i start, if your a multi ebay seller & amazon seller then this system is literally going to save you hours every day. with a bit of training and getting to know eseller, you can be selling your inventory across many shops without the fear of overselling. you can basically set up channel profiles so the system will remove from sale as and when stock levels reach a certain level, and then put back on sale when stock arrives back in. set up and implentation is fantastic, you will get plently of support in guiding you through the system and learning what does what.
good points: eseller downloads ebay questions and you can respond in eseller (rather than keep logging into ebay for each seller). you can also save frequent replys.
downloads the orders every 15mins from the channels.
handles ebay disputes, feedback,
give a nice snapshot of sales. whether you want to see today, yesterday, this week, this quarter etc. also a nice monthly summary which tracks yearly progress.
downside of eseller development, unfortunetly we have been waiting some time for a few new dev items.
all in all, eseller is a system which does ahell of a lot which many systems costings hundreds of thousands of pounds dont do. other systems may be slighlty stronger in 1 or 2 areas, but overall eseller would be a amazing system for all small to medium businesses wanting to focus on ebay & amazon

eSellerPro... What a joke!!!
This must be one of the worst company I have ever dealt with, no one takes responsibility for anything they do wrong,
This software is probably bearable if you sell only on eBay, but anything more, don't use it!
The system is full of bugs and every time you ask them to fix it you get "we have passed it on to our development team..." you don't hear back from them!
Website go off line, stock disappear of your web store for no reason, and they charge minimum fee or % of your turnover and become very expensive for a software that does not fully work!
I would be OK paying the fee but as long as the software works! when I had the initial demo, they told me it does this, that and that... and so on, in reality, lot of things are there but does not fully work or its in development so no use, but they still charge you full price!
The main guy Chris who wrote it does not work there anymore, and some new management has been appointed and when I looked at company accounts to see if they were ok as a company, I find that they were £600k in the red (last year)
I don't recommend this company to anyone, bad bad bad experience with this company. Want any more info? just ask me and I will let you know all the horror stories!
This company knows when your set up and spent thousands of pounds on your website, its hard to leave, eSeller Pro rely on this to keep you!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE! TRUST ME ON THIS! EVEN THOUGH I DON'T EVEN KNOW YOU!

We have been with eSellerPro for number of years now, my thoughts about this company? well.
1. Customer support useless, nothing technical gets resolved for months and years. 2. Ticketing system useless, nothing technical gets resolved and they either close the ticket or leave it open. We have tickets still open from over 12 months ago and no further forward. 3. Live support useless! slow to respond, have to ask the same question over and over again, takes too long to get a simple question answered and on top of this, they can only solve simple tasks. 4. No telephone support. 5. Accounts managers who look after your account is pretty much the only person you can call, they are pleasant, but can not solve most things as "its out of my hands" they quote! 6. Accounts managers who were to look after 10 - 15 clients, the truth, they look after in the region of 100 so they can never look after your account to the best of ability. 7. Program running speed very very very slow as per kingping review, the speed is a joke, go have a cigarette to carm your self down as the software will be still thinking when you return! 8. Very expensive, we can pay anything up to £6000 per month!
If I knew what we were getting in to, I would have not chose this company! absolute joke! should have employed extra 5 staff, at least you can fire them if they don't perform.
Tread carefully if your thinking about this software, the salesman are able to sell sand to Arabs, but wont have any sand to deliver!

I’ve been using eseller for 12 months it’s truly the best software available to a small/medium business.
I’d used channel advisor for a short time before esellerpro and could hardly believe the difference it is astounding how far ahead the guys at esellerpro have taken the program.
For me it controls 3 eBay users, 2 Amazon users, 1 play user and my website islandextra.com Benefits include aside the obvious efficiency saving from channeladvisor, integration DIRECTLY with carriers like royal mail, Stock control even to multiple sub sku’s, EBay disputes handling
Just the best go for it choose this one, non of the rest compare.

eSellerPro has been designed to provide a complete end-to-end solution that is simple to use and meets the needs of all online retailers, whether shipping 10s or 1000s of items each day.
The system simplifies and streamlines all aspects of online sales, from stock acquisition and supplier management to picking, packing and dispatch. eSellerPro has a simple console layout that is intuitive in design, from which all aspects of the system can be operated. The system works with eBay, Amazon and a client’s own Webshop(s) and is easily integrated with other auction sites as required. It provides comprehensive listing and scheduling facilities for eBay including Auto-relist, Auto SCO creation, Auto accept/decline on best offers etc. Amazon and Play channels include auto re-pricing and Amazon SC is fully integrated with auto barcode allocation allowing new product records to be automatically created from structured data.
All orders from all channels return back to a central sales order processing console allowing a ‘single button push’ for batch processing of orders from all locations. Sales order processing is fully integrated to courier systems around the globe, including Australia Post, Canada Post, Royal Mail and USPS together with many global carriers such as Parcelforce, UPS, ANC, FedEx etc. Completed transactions are posted to SAGE or Quickbooks which are both fully integrated avoiding any rekeying of data from product listing/sale through to dispatch and recording to accounts.
eSellerPro can be accessed from anywhere by as many simultaneous users as the client requires (user permissions can be applied). All aspects of hosting are handled by eSellerPro allowing clients to focus on selling to their customers instead of worrying about IT and IT support.
