Great features but can't justify the cost of Implimentation, 23 July 2007

When I first saw this solution. I thought I was dreaming. It had everything I ever wanted in a website solution and more. However after signing up for this solution I found that the web site templates supplied are terrible. Although I find their monthly and transactions fees reasonability priced they should include a few good templates. According to the site it is simple to make changes to the templates or to create a new design. I was very disappointed to learn it was not as easy as stated. I found the documentation incomplete and not very helpful. When I inquired about having them design the site I was told it would be $5200.00. Being a small company this was not an option for us. So after a few months of wasting time and money getting this site off the ground we moved on to a different solution.

A TRUE enterprise application, 10 July 2007

I'm not sure what the last guy is talking about - this is a hugely powerful platform. Unlike most "ebay managers" such as Marketworks, MAS is first and foremost a true ecommerce platform. Call center, sales agents, SEO, wholesale, MLM, marketing tools, ebay, amazon, yahoo, any price engine you could ever want, and much more. The $5200 charge is something I opted for as well - that was for a complete site design and implementation. It was totally optional. IF you are an HTML designer you can do it all yourself - it's 100% template driven and customizable. I thought it was very reasonable charge (actually a lot less than i was thinking!). It took about 4 weeks for a completely customized design and template build-out. I'm still amazed at the features I find every day w/ this software. Glad I found them.

Lots of features with SUPER high Price, 29 January 2007

Lots of features But they want an extra $5200 to set it all up or you get a bare-bones system just capable of doing the least possible.

I was not at all happy with the setup. Showed me 12 sites before I purchased with great front ends with ebay and amazon support. However, after signing me up and charging $500 for setup, they told me that the sites they showed me were at least $5200.00 extra (this should be on the site), or I could use there somewhat extensive html amd mas tags to do it all myself. The templates provide in the setup were ugly and incomplete. I felt like a bait and switch was pulled.
