Snipe is great and well supported!, 3 October 2004

I have all the tools but I mainly use the Snipe utility. The developer updates this promptly and has an upgrade alert built in to the program. Each time the program is launched, it alerts you to updates. If something changes on ebay, a new version is created quickly and you find out when you restart the program. I am impressed with the program and the support. You simply copy the item number of an auction to the clipboard and it is inserted in the snipe program. You then go to the program and enter your max bid amount and set it to bid. This tool has worked like a champ for over a year. In addition, any time I have a question, it has been answered within 24 hours and usually very shortly after I email it. The price is right too!

Worked well for a while., 6 April 2004

I purchased all three of PCTechZone's eBay products and was very happy until I installed ZoneLabs firewall on my PC. Now Instant Feedback crashes a couple times a day and both InstantFeedback and Snipe frequently hang for 30 seconds or so while connecting to eBay--resulting in many missed snipe opportunities. Neither the software nor the firewall are reporting any problems or logging any errors.

It was great while it worked, but I'm not shutting down my firewall everytime I have a snipe coming up. Tech support wasn't very helpful, so I'm in the market for a new set of tools.

i have have tried this not happy with it even when you go to uninstall it the uninstall
