free 14 day trial was great. $22 fee well worth it.
excellent tech support. while it did crash a few times after installing the updated, all is working and emails always got responded to. basic tool but great for those that leave feedback after feedback is left for them

Worked well for a while..., 6 April 2004

I purchased all three of PCTechZone's eBay products and was very happy until I installed ZoneLabs firewall on my PC. Now Instant Feedback crashes a couple times a day and both InstantFeedback and Snipe frequently hang for 30 seconds or so while connecting to eBay--resulting in many missed snipe opportunities. Neither the software nor the firewall are reporting any problems or logging any errors.

It was great while it worked, but I'm not shutting down my firewall everytime I have a snipe coming up. Tech support wasn't very helpful, so I'm in the market for a new set of tools.

My kind of program, 15 August 2003

If you want a program that does one job and does it well then this is for you. Either responds to feedback left for you, or bulk posts feedback to auctions that finished at least x days ago. Also checks if any negative feedback has been left for you. Instant Feedack is saving me an hour a week which is not bad for a $10 fee.

Merlin InstantFeedback

Everyone knows how important feedback is on eBay, but it can be difficult to find time to keep track of who needs feedback and to keep filling out the same forms over and over. InstantFeedback makes it easy. It sits in your system tray and quietly checks your feedback for you at any interval you specify watching for fellow eBayers to post for you. When they do, Merlin will automatically post positive feedback for them from either a list of premade comments, your own custom comments, or one at random. If you should happen to get negative or neutral feedback, you will immediately be notified so you can rectify the situation quickly. You also have the option of mass-posting feedback for everyone who has left feedback for you starting back a specified number of days, whether they've left it for you or not. You have the option to not post for auctions you've bought, only for auctions they've sold, so you can wait for the item to be received and found satisfactory.
