Clear, simple, easy to use essential data., 28 August 2007

Mpire's free (American eBay.com only) research service is fantastically simple and easy to use. Type in your keywords and let it tell you when and where the raw data tells you to post your listing. Little experience and interpretation required, just easy maximum impact listing placement. Brilliant.

Great free sanity check before listing, 4 July 2007

This is a good free research tool. It has its shortcomings, but at this "price" it exceeded my expectations!

Pros:
It's free!
It's fast!
Very clear results all on one page
Easy to apply the findings

Cons:
eBay.com only
You can only search by keywords. No categories.
Only 30 days of data
No drill-down

If you don't use any research tool I really recommend giving this a try before each listing. If you like it and want more, progress to one of the more comprehensive research tools.
