This seal is designed to alert potential bidders that they must fulfill their payment obligations or face the potential of collections. The Collections Process - Bidder Collection:
In the rare event that a winning bidder defaults on a transaction, the non-paying bidder can face comprehensive debt collection services offered by General Outsourcing Services, Inc. designed to expedite the honest completion of the transaction. Learn more about the collections process.
