Support issues and ebay change issues, 25 March 2008

I agree that the information in Viewtracker is very good. I used the service for about 18 months. I dropped it about 6 months ago (and was given a prorated refund for remaining months) because of two issues. 1) When eBay made certain changes Sellathon had to provide a new version of the tracking code I had to load into each of my auctions. It seemed like this happened about every 6 months and each time added many hours to my listing process (using Turbolister). 2) For a period of at least a couple of months, Sellathon was down for hours or days, almost every week. Timely status information was not posted at their website, nor was support available on weekends.

Amazing detail, 11 May 2005

This product is phenominal! It gives such great details of when your auctions are being viewed and how your lookers get to your auctions. I am just amazed at all of the info I have received from using this tool. I've learned a lot about how to improve my listings, what to emphasize, and where my time is best spent on advertising and promotion. I would definately recommend this tool!
