We are a Multi-million dollar per year multi-channel e-commerce company. Terapeak is an outstanding research tool. It clearly provides all of the sortable data you need to make and develop your own market research methods. We have used the tool from day to help build our own highly successful market research method and build our entire ebay catalog. This is a must use tool.

This site never works. Get on a wireless network and you can forget it. Just wasting your money. Don't expect customer service to care - they don't. I will never use their service again. USELESS!!!

Terapeak customer srevice is disgusting. The way I was treated as a long term paying Customer is appalling. I have been a customer service manager for many years of my life and have handled all kinds of customers myself. I have also trained many customer service reps myself , mostly younger adults. I feel that Matt and Spirit at Terapeak are very unprofessional, unexperienced and very rude. I was even hung up on. Wow. I would listen to the customer , be understanding and the close with "I understand, What can I do to make you happy?"
You will waste your time with Terapeak customer service , there is NONE.

Great Service, When it Works, 25 August 2010

Terapeak used to be an amazing eBay selling tool, but now it seems that it crashes at least once a week. The feature that supposedly allows one to search back an entire year was misleading as one can still only search for 90 days at a time. As someone who uses Terapeak 5 days a week, I am finding that it is becoming more and more trouble. I look forward to the day that a new software with the same capabilities and none of the headaches comes out. I'll leave terapeak in a heartbeat.

Like others, I've had a great customer experience with the company...on top of the capabilities being extremely valuable. As an eBay seller, the data they provide is tremendously valuable in understanding the products I'm competing against, the prices, the activity in the category and so much more. Even the free version provides some tremendous value. Highly recommend it.
